Mean value of quantitative characteristic.

"Dear SAP,

     I have a quire that i used one quantitative characteristic in which upper ,lower & Target value is fixed,I used the same characteristic in inspection lot,know the client requirement is that he want the mean value of this characteristic,from data of one month.So how to calculate the mean value of recorded result.

execute Tx-QGP1

Enter the Task list Type, inspection plan group number & counter number, material code & pant & then execute. You will get a list of characteristics. Select required characteristic.

System wll give you list of inspection lots.Select required inspection lots (or all inspection lots).

Click on Histogram-Mean values icon.You will get a graph in another window. Here click on statestical values tab. You will get mean value of recorded characteristic results.

You can calcuate the mean value of results entered may be by calculated char.

But there is no provision to get the mean value for a peiod say one month which has say 50 nos of lots.
