Hello,
In production, the user is getting the logo printed upside-down on Purchase Order. He's using Lexmark printer.. When using "print preview", the logo is correctly displayed.
Any ideas about how to solve this issue?
Thanks,

In my case, it was caused by the wrong printer drivers loaded onto the PC. I corrected my upside down, reversed logo by downloading and installing the current printer drivers for the exact HP printer model I am using.

As Ramachandran says, this is an old problem. We had it many years ago with logos on SapScripts behaving in exactly this way. For us, the solution was to install the PostScript driver for the printer rather than the PCL driver that was installed by default. The PostScript driver always seems to work correctly.

Hello Ramachandran and Steve,
I saw this discussion http://scn.sap.com/message/719000#719000 but it's relative only to HP printer. In fact i am not sure if the user's printer is HP or lexmark.
But if i understood well the solution:
- If it's HP printer, i have to use OSS note from SAP
- If it's lexmark, maybe the solution of Steve would solve the problem
right?
Thanks,
