SOCM_ACTION_LOG 090 error occurred on ChaRM

Hi Experts,

I implemented ChaRM and test for normal correction.

Create change request & Approve change request are O.K.

But change document that created after above has below error.

------------------------------------

An action was terminated due to an exceptional situation.
Message no. SOCM_ACTION_LOG 090

Diagnosis
An exception has been triggered in PPF action processing.

System Response
Action processing has been terminated. The status of the transaction is still incorrect.

Procedure
You cannot execute the action until the cause of the error has been removed.

The error messages will be kept until the transaction is next checked for subsequent analysis.

Procedure for System Administration
If necessary, analyze other messages in the application log for the incorrect transaction. To analyze the termination, you can activate the breakpoints in the checkpoint group socm_exception.

Exception CX_SOCM_CONDITION_VIOLATED occurred (program:

CL_CHM1_REG_CORR_INSTANCE=====CP, include:

CL_CHM1_REG_CORR_INSTANCE=====CM003, line: 305).

[Our Environment]

Our Solution Manager version is 7.0 EHP1 SPS 28.

ChaRM control CE,PI,MDM managed with CTS+.

Domain controller for CTS+ is PI PRD.

PI PRD and Solution Manager connected with domain-link.

Please guide what to do..

Hi,

I came across same issue and this worked for me.

Go to change mode of CD and click on Actions > choose Reset flow. This worked for me and the issue has been resolved for me.

Hi,

this is the most general exception CX_SOCM_CONDITION_VIOLATED in the ChaRM Framework...

could be you registered an ChaRM action/condition which does not exist (missing imp0lementation), you customized a ChaRM action/condition which is not allowed for the transaction type, meaning for a specific change document/RfC.

If you have customer enhancements and a developer at hand you could turn on check-point SOCM in transaction SAAB and set a break-point for exceptions (or better this specific excpetion).

Otherwise open up a customer message.

have u applied all the recent charm correction, chk

Note 1629274 - CX_SOCM_CONDITION_VIOLATED results in BSP error in SMMJ, as per my understanding you are execting some wrong actions,

if you are new in charm workflow, please go to service.sap.com/rkt-solman, there you can getoffline demos, follow the action execution one by one the same flow.

check are you getting such error?
