We are in process of implementing SAP CRM Sales for our customer and would like to built a robust monitoring process.
Some of the points which we need are :
- DOE Admin gets a message when a queue is in fail status
- Queue processing large volume of data be identified
- Using CCMS to leverage monitoring
- What all backgroud jobs need to be activated/created.
- Data archiving strategy on DOE
