Hi,
I have checked both R3 and XI server and both are running and are getting pinged. Entry 'sapgw00 3300/tcp' is also there in the services file at Winows/system32/etc.

Hi Nishu,
Go to transaction SMICM. see the ICM monitor status - whether it is green or not. if it is not green, then restart your ICM from administrator menu. check whether your J2EE engine is working fine - check this from your basis team to see if the J2EE engine log does not have any error in it. If it has error, then restart your J2EE engine. Also check the connections between SAP R/3 and XI from SM59 transaction.
Thanks,
Rajeev Gupta
Hi Nishu,
plz check:
- ping 10.6.4.93
- entry sapgw00 3300/tcp in file "services" at WINDOWS/system32/drivers/etc
- full qualified hostname at communication channel?
Regards,
Udo
