ESS Time Entry Save As Template Button

Save As Template button on ESS Time Entry screen is currently hidden on the portal and I need to enable it. In Java Webdynpro code it seems to be already set to visible.

Is the button visibility controlled from backend ECC ? or purely from Java Webdynpro ? In the VcCatRecordEntryView view "Save As Template" button visibility is visible

Reaslised later that there are two tabs on the Time Entry Screen and one is for Weekly and the other one was for Daily time entry. The daily time entry comes on the screen by default and the "Save As Template" and "Reset Template" were already set to visible on this tab and all the buttons are duplicated on both the tabs but changing visibility on on weekly tab for the "Save as Template" and "Reset Template" buttons reolved the issue.
