Easy DMS Message No 1R579

Hi,

System Details:

SAP Enteprise 4.7

Easy DMS 6.0 SP 14

When accessing a pdf file via Easy DMS the user is getting an error "File can not be created".

however the same file can be opened by other users.

In SLG1 the following error message is displayed:

An error occurred when calling module SCMS_DOC_READ_FILES

    Message no. 1R579

Diagnosis

    Exception number                                                14
    occurred when function module SCMS_DOC_READ_FILES was called with
    document 15BDC24A29BA083CE10000008625D422.

Hi Vivek,

to be honest you are using a really old version of EasyDMS. If posible please install the latest version which is EasyDMS 7.1.5.1 and test the behavior again.

Upgrade you SAPHTTP to the latest version as per SAP note 164203 and see if it helps.
