Afaria 6.6 missing enrollment services

I am currently reading the document about About installation technical prerequisites http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-28584

available on SDN

applicable for SAP Afaria 6.6 FP1 HotFix06

I have exactly this version on test system (I know Afaria 7 is already available)

My question: Why   enrollment services at server configuration

and enrollment policies at client deployment are missing?

It should look like this (unfortunatelly I have only screenshot from Afaria 7)

And what I see on our demo installation:

Due to Sybase Support, it's seems to be an installation issue

Can you tell us which part of the installation went wrong causing this error? Because we have the same problem now.

Check whether the data base is running correctly and then Check you trying to enroll in the same network or not
