pdf417 Bar-code printing.

My smartform is generating a barcode of type pdf417. Client is using Hp laser jet p1007 printer. The barcode is not getting scanned. It is showing an error message as "old format". They have scanned an existing invoice having  pdf417 type barcode, which is working fine. Can anyone please help me. low priority issue.

The data which i am giving in my smartform is 67841 0d100 00.

Did you use the new technology to create the bar code in SAP as described in the SAP note:

645158 - New bar code technology

I have already checked the note 645158 and i have done exactly as per instruction.

This is an online pdf417 bar code generator. I have generated  bar-code with same data here and I am able to read this bar-code through my mobile app for 2D bar-code scanner .

But am not able to read any bar-codes generated through Sap. I have even tried executing directly in se73.
