End Button in Live Auction Cockpit

Hi Experts

We are using Live Auction Cockpit (SRM 701, ABAP). There are three options Extend Time, Pause Time and Stop Auction.

Extend & Pause Time for Auction are working fine. "Stop Auction" does not work.

If I try to Extend the time, and then try to "Stop Auction" - system still does not allow to stop the auction.

Could anyone let me know what is the use of this Stop Auction Button.

Dear colleagues,

The END button in auction is not meant to close the auction.

It is illegal to close an auction in before the end time has reached in most countries.

After the end time has reached, you could click on the close button to inform bidders that the auction has ended and to trigger the quote creation process.
