EWA Reports archiving to file system

Hi All,

We need to archive Solution manager EWA reports to a file system at the OS level, without Content Server scenario.

Can anyone please share your experience on this?

I tried reading some of the docs online, i guess , we need to define FS using tcode FILE and then use tcode SARA and mention relevant object there to begin archiving.

I know, this question has been asked many times, however I am unable to follow those threads.

Env: SOLMAN 7.01

DB : Oracle

OS : HP UX

Have you tried to follow any of the documents.

For external file system, follow the sap note

If you start, then stuck in particular step? pleae update

Thank you for the reply, I would like to archive to external File System.

I have checked this note, however there are too many options, like for example in tcode OAC0. Is there any other document which explains this. In any case, I shall try this on a test system and will update you if I get stuck somewhere

Hi Jansi,

As I said earlier, we want to archive old EWA reports to a File System, I am not sure what options to select in tcode oac0. It does not give any option to configure for file system. Is it possible to perform archiving through tcode SARA?
