Hi,
In our R/3 4.7 environment, some of our printers are using access method and connected to a windows server ( act as print / spool server ). Recently we having some issue where the difference between spool's creation time & spool's completetion time is about 1 hour and we currently looking for the root cause of it.
In the time being, may I know is that possible to send email notification to users/support team when the spools's completion time is longer than certain period ? I did try to look through the RZ20 but seems there is no related node.

This can be managed from OS (Unix) script, you can also put problematic printers only.
