why am i not getting the option of mapping objects in ESR?

I think in my case Process Integration is saved as standard. Most probably i made it at some point of time. ..

Can you please tell me how to get this pop up again in order to select unrestricted Profile.

Check the solution in the note #1671958 PI 7.3 Integration Builder objects not visible. This is one possible cause of the issue you report.

I checked and fount that value to the required Usage Type for the system is already set, as dipicted in the Note.
