Dear Krishna kumar

Goods can be given free in sales order by manually changing the item category from 'TAN' to 'TANN'. Please make sure that the condition type R100 is maintained in the pricing procedure so that the 100 % discount can be given and the net value can be zero

Yes, You can do it.

This is the sales scenario called "Free of charge sale" this is differ from free goods determination.

Process is:VA01>VL01N>VF01(Proforma)>J1IIN(Excise invoice)

here If goods are liable for excise, then you also need to create Excise invoice too(J1iin). Other wise up to Proforma invoice is enough.

Thank you,

Hi,

the free goods functionality allows the automatic free goods, basing on condition technique.

If you don't need it, then you can simply add manually a free item (typically item category TANN) with higher item level.

If you want to do a free-of-charge sales, see SAP note 34526.

Best regards,

Ivano.

Hi Krishna,

you can try with free sample scenario, in this price will pick up but can be given 100 % discount.

Thanks
