Hi Gurus,

Briefly explain the process with t-code and the relevant configuration settings required for QM costing.

Hi,

i am doing the following process:

1. Create QM Order QK01.

2. Assign Order to Material.

3. Assigning Work centre in Quality Plan

4.create inspection lot.

5. Result Recording and a window pops up for confirming activities and enter relevent data.

6. Usage decision.

while seeing the report for costing in extras-cost-Cost report QM order i am not getting report.

Hello,

To get costs after confirming QM orders, you first need to maintain some CO/PP/QM related data similar as in required in PP Production Order costs...

- Maintain Activity types (CO part)

- Activity types and prices according to cost center in CO module

- Work center assigned to cost center (in PP)

- Work center assigned to operation in plan (QM)

- Standard values defined for activity types in the operation (QM)

Having all this in place, system should calculate QM costs...

Revert if any further issue.

Did you tried using tcode-KKF3 & then Extras --> Cost Analysis ?

Hi,

I get the following message when i see costing report in inspection lot.

"QM order does not contain any cost".

I tried with KKBC_ORD and KKF3, still i have not costing report.

One more possibility..

Which control key do you use in operation of inspection plan?

It should be selected 'Cost' indicator in detailed information.

Hey

Check the following things

Go to that particular inspeciton and check Data For AccAssgnmnt Tab

1) QM order is assigned or not

2) Cost centre is assigned or not

You will not get the data until and uless you donot do activity confirmation.You can do the activity confirmatio while doing result recording Edit- Confirm Activity.

Here you can see the activity overview.

You can see the cost report in QA03 Extra->Cost->Cost Report QM Order

Which messege was shown when you execute the report?

And try transaction KKBC_ORD with QM order.
