I noticed that for instance the file SAPKITL705 is available for download, but neither using the MOPZ nor using the "SAP Support Package Stacks" in SWDC can I download the files. And the note

The note was released an hour later than your post appeared.
In the PPMS (SAP's product database), Solution Manager 7.1 SP05 is said to have been released today.
