List of System Monitors in System Monitoring of Technical Monitoring Workcenter

Hi experts,

What is the difference between the System Monitoring under the technical monitoring workcenter and the System Monitoring Workcenter?

Also, I understand that there is already a pre-defined list of monitors alraedy available for system monitoring under the Technical Monitoring workcenter, am I correct with this? If so, is there a list of all the pre-defined monitors for systems?

Hi Luigi,

SAP Cleared number of places the difference between Tech.Mon.Sys Monitroing and System Monitoring.

Even that clears which one you can use for which purpose.

And regarding list of Predefined Monitor object you can get under,

The Technical Monitoring workcenter --> click on Alerting Directory Browser -->then in drop dwn box Navigation By choose Monitoring Use-Case ->click Managed Objects under Solution Manager Self-Monitoring-> double-click on the SELF-MONITORING~SELF_MONIT node

there you get all the details.

For the step on getting the list of monitors, do I have to login the workcenter itself to get this information? Or is this accessible in the net?
