ABAP Dump - RAISE_EXCEPTION

Hi ,

After oracle upgrade from 10g to 11 we are continuously getting ABAP dump . (ORACLE RAC)

Runtime Errors

RAISE_EXCEPTION

Short text

    Exception condition "CONNECT_TO_ENQ_SERVER_FAILED" raised.

What happened?

    The current ABAP/4 program encountered an unexpected

    situation.

ABAP dump is getting for only one user :: user Name BATCHABC

Please help me to resolve the issue.

from the name of the user it seems to be a batch processing user. If you can get more details from the work process on which the error occurred it will be helpful.
