for free of goods we are maintaining condition records in vbn1 here my doubt is if customer buys 5 washing machins ,clint is giving one TV SO IT is  another product how we can give   ? by changing item category while creation sales order is it possible ?

Dear Venu

This option is available only in case of Exclusive free goods. You should select exclusive in VBN1 and then there is an option to give the add new material where you can give the other material as free.
