Hello,
Is there a way to create an alert for a user that reminds the end-user of an upcoming task that needs to be completed?
For example, an alert to a user stating that they have to input information regarding a control and evidence.
And is there a way to create an alert for an administrator that the upload of information has not been completed, and only 14 days remain?
Thank you.
Also, the alerts would have to be independent of the alerts that are created when initially adding a task to complete.
It is clear that the system creates an alert when a new task is created, but I want to know if there can be follow-up reminders to both the end user and an administrator to make sure the task is completed.
Thank you.

Hi Mayorline,
In process controls, you can setup reminders and escalations to make sure that your tasks are processed properly.
In workflow customization, you can define the number of days when you actually want these notifications to be sent.
For more information on how to setup these reminder and escalation alerts/notifications, you can check
SPRO->General Settings->Workflow->Workflow E-mail Notifications->Maintain Workflow for Reminders and Escalations.

Hi Mayorline,
In Reminder and Escalation node in spro,there you need to select the task for which you want to set up reminder/escalation.
In case you need to set up reminder, select the Requested End tab page and if want to set up escalation select the Latest End tab.
Under it maintain "Refer.date/time" according to requierement
Additionally you can also maintain the email text there that you want the user should get.
