Maximum Settlement Rebate amount for extended rebate Agreement

Dear All,

I want to restrict my  Extended rebate agreement to a certain Maximum amount for settlement of a customer i.e

An agreement has created for customer. I want to give maximum rebate of 3000 $. After reaching partial settlement of  3000 $, System should stop creating partial settlement and credit memos or block agreement for further processing.

Is there any way available?

Dear All,

We have device a solution for the said issue as no standard solution was found.

• Used “External description” field in Rebate agreement to assign maximum rebate amount.
• With the help of Abaper used condition formula for Alternative calculation type on pricing procedure to cumulate amounts for previous rebate documents and check with maximum amount. If it exceeds then no rebate document will be generated with required information on extended rebate settlement.
