how to create inspection lot when creating calibration order

Dear Friends,

I had created Inspection chars(QS21) and sampling procedure(QDV1) after that i created Task list and inthat i assigned both Inspection char and sampling procedure even though maint order has not been created with Inspection lot.will u please give solution for this

your reaponse is highly appriciated.Even i had assigned PM05 in Maint PLan(ip41)

Hi,

Before linking your order type to maintenance plan, test a manual creation of calibration order.

1. Be sure your order type is linked with inspection type ; 14 (spro)

2. task list operation must be assigned with MIC / sampling procedure and task list header should be having inspection point 300 assigned.

3. release the order, During order release, inspection lot will be triggered.

4. steps : create an order (type - calibration say, pm05) of any test equipment, assign calibration task list to that order, and release the order, check the order status. it should be REL-ILAS (inspection lot assigned)

Hi

Please check in Task list the Inspection Point 300 Inspection point for Equipment is assigned or not.

Also please cross check the inspection type 14 is assigned to order type or not.
