Is CCMS alerts are same as normal alert configuration which we do it thru ALRTCATDEF? If not, can you pls give me the difference b/w both

CCMS alerts and normal alerts are different.
CCMS alerts covers complete PI System landscape failures but in case of standard alerts covers only IE and AE errors.
