Could not able to change the status

Hi

We are using Solman 7.1 sp04 and I have copied the Urgent correction SMHF to ZMHF.

When I try to change the Urgent correction status to "Set in Development" .

I am getting the below error

"Details Not linked to an active project cycle"

System Response

The transaction is in a inconsistent status and the transport functions cannot be used to create or distribute transport requests.

Hi Venkat,

Can you check table - /tmwflow/projmap for right mapping of the project and task list and also if the status is active or not? If everything is fine, try refreshing the MC.

Urgent Changes are not allowed under Implementation Projects

Thanks for your reply, I have already created a maintenance project and activated ChaRM. Normal Correction is working fine. I am getting issue only in the Urgent correction

Solved. In our case it was missing authorization for tasklist creation for a user running the action. The tasklist for urgent change was therefore not generated during creation of UC.

Hi Venkat,

You have to create a maintenance project and activate Charm for the landscape.

After that, when you create de change document you have to assign this project.
