Dear all,
we are using a custom developed adapter module which has been deployed via SDM. As I am adding a new functionality to the module I deployed the module again with Netweaver Debeloper Studio. Testing the module I found out that still the "old" versionis used. Looking into NWA showed me that the module is now deployed twice.
DynAttachmentName_EJB.jar EJB Module sap.com/DynAttachmentName_EAR (new one deployed via NWDS)
DynAttachmentName_EJB.jar EJB Module JavaEE/DynAttachmentName_EAR (old one via SDM)
Is there a way to specify which of the EARs has to be used in the Communication Channel? Because right now the module name is just the JNDI name "SetDynAttachmentName" which is (of course) the same in both cases. And in my case the old one is used.
Best regards
Florian
Hi,
I doubt u can differentiate becoz the jndi names are same. I always follow the practice of deleting the old SDA file and deploying the new one.
Thanks

This is a common issue usually noticed when changing and redeploying a EAR file.
The recommendation is to undeploy the old EAR and then deploy the new EAR.
