DMR Rule

Hi Experts,

I am new comer.

Could anyone helpout for below requirement.

We purchase raw material from vendor & do inspection as below

1. For First lot we do 100% inspection (means inspect all quantity in lot e.g if 100 PC in lot then we inspect all 100 PC). Among that

   a. if we Accept 100 PC,Then we do not do inspection for next 5 lot.

   b. If we Accept 80 PC, Then we skip 2nd & do inspection for 3rd lot

   c. if we Accept 60 PC, Then we do inspection for 2nd lot.

As per me we could achieve this by DMR Rule.

Please elaborate me how to create DMR Rule.

Dynamic modification works on "acceptence or rejection of MIC" & " Usage decision" of inspection lot.

there is no provision for the Qty as such in DMR. Hence you can not have control on DMR by QTY.

You may have to explore any exit for changing stage / quality level of DMR based on Qty.
