Quality Info Record

Hi Experts,

       I am new to quality module, there is a requirement in one of my client is by using the Quality info record can i able to control the creation of contract for that material, vendor & plant combination or if quality info record does not exist for plant, material & vendor combination the system should not allow to create the contract for that combination.

As you know that QM control ket with reference to Info record works for following blocks

1.Source determination.

2.RFQ

3.PO

4.GR

No Control available for "Contract " as such.

Use exit while saving contract .Seek help from MM

As its contract creation ,I am not much aware of ,You can seek help from MM consultant.

Hello Raman,

You can restrict the user at plant level by quality info record creation.

The Business Add-In (BAdI) QB_Q_INFO_RECORD contains a method that is always called up when a user accesses the quality info record in read or write mode.

Here you can mae changes to material, plant, vendor etc..
