Material number to be extended in the sales order.

Hi Friends,

Currently while making a sales order, if a material number is NOT extended, we have to close the s/o, go extend it and either start the s/o over or correct it.  I would want to be able to extend the material while I still have the s/o open and continue on with it.

Is it possible with some enhancements ?

It is not possible to extend the material to a sales area while the sales order is open.

hi !

I don't think you can extend the sales area data of the material . while creating sales. order. you need to close the sales order and extend it then create the sales order.
