Email not Received in EIC Inbox

Hi All,

I am working on a ticket, where an email sent from an employee was not received in the EIC inbox Can any one guide me how to approach & trouble shoot this issue, as I am new to this module.

Have you checked if it is being generated in the SOST transaction?

If not check if the SMTP is maintained.

Hi,

check in spam tcode that email received into sap inbox or not,and also check email profiles.

It could be one of reason if you have restriction of sender's from email in EIC.eg if your company email is 44@company .com then you only allow emails from @company.com  if any email coming from other than @company will not receive
