Free goods not determining in Sales order for line items 3 and 4

Hi All,

There was an issue with the Free goods as we maintained the free goods determination for all the 4 materials

First two line items it is triggered the free goods determination but next two line items it is not triggering kindly help out this issue

Item No     material     Item.cat         

10               x1          TAN    

20               X2          TANN

30               X3          Tan    

40               X4          Tann

50               x5          tan

60               x6          tan

We expect 8line items bt here we are getting only 6line items Quick response will be highly appreciated...

Hi Mohan,

Also Check for those materials if have maintained any other basic functions like e.g. material determination etc. Because both are there means system will not propose free goods. If it is so remove them and try again. Check Free goods condition record once again.

Please check the free goods condition records in VBN2 for those materials, for which free goods are not coming in sale order.

Hi,

This is due to unit of measure not same for both materials. If this is the case then pls maintain additional unit of measure for free material or to selling material.

There was stock in the Plant even thoguh we are not getting the free goods...
