contract not created in Backend(classic Scenario),Contract is created from BId

Hi experts,

while creating contract in SRM, Successfully message with contract number is displaying.

But if i check in backend contract is not created. i have checked with FM B46B_CTR_TRANSFER

getting Message "BBP_PD-002,"The contract number may only be changed in target system".

It seems to be Number range issue. I have checked the Number ranges also, but not resolved . (there is no issue in PO creation from Bid)

Have you distributed the contract to back end system.

Do you get the same error while you click on distribute.

Hi Malay,

thanks for reply. I am not creating Central contract in SRM for distributing to Backend.

Porcess is SC/RFQ/Bid/Normal contract(should create in backend only).After clicking on create contract button in SRM,Contract number with successful message displaying but actually not created in backend. while trying the same with above FM, message BBP_PD-002 is displaying in output.

Hello,

You have to check the txn WE02 IN ECC for any idoc (BLAORD) errors.

Also check SMQ1/SMQ2 in SRM/ECC for any stuck Qs.

Idoc is not posted due to Document type missing in Idoc.After correcting this contract is created.
