free goods and sample products at the same time in sales order

Dear sd gurus i have one requirement

if one customer buys 100000 rs company use to give free materiel and  one sample product whatever he likes in store which is below 500rs stock

ex A customer brought 100000rs stock then user is giving free material (xxxxxx) ok and which material below 500 rs he uses to give 

then how to do ?

Free Goods concept will work based on quantity whereas your requirement is for value.  Hence, you have to go for zee development to achieve this.  While developing, you need to consider whether the value is to check the sale order or billing ?

Hi venu,

There is no standard process to full fill your requirement. you can enter material ( that you want to give as a free) in second line item and change the item category TAN to TANN. As per you condition you are only give free good if net value more than 1lak, for that add the piece code in free good sanded requirement 55 and assign to R100 condition type in pricing procedure.

           Now system check the net value before activating the R100(100%discount) condition type , if it not satisfied system will not determine R100 in the pricing procedure so material will be priced.
