For some PO's BBP_PDBEH-BE_LOG_SYSTEM field is not updated

Hello All,

   Recenlty we have upgarded to SRM4 to SRM7. Now we are find that for some PO's "BBP_PDBEH-BE_LOG_SYSTEM" is not updated. Because of this we are getting dumps.

   Do any one know the issue?

Could you clarify which dumps do occur becasue of this?

As well can you check if value is there for field LOGSYS_FI from table BBP_PDHGP?

There has to be issue with Logical Systems.

I hope you have used Txn BDLS to convert old LS name to new LS name.

Hello Vinay,

1) While trying to insert a doc into BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB table , program giving "Invalid PO" as the it is checking for PO header for "BE_LOG_SYSTEM" initial or not .

2) The issue is comming for only some PO's not for all.

Hi,

Fields LOGSYS_FI & BE_LOG_SYSTEM should have back end (in case ECC) LS(Logical System); hence I asked have you updated LS? It is done using Txn BDLS.

Now as you stated problem is just with some PO's, you should compare working PO's with erroneous PO's, you will get an answer.
