Good day Gurus.

We are implementing SPP 4.40 (Ancile uPerform 4.40) and when setup the Server After Installation stops in line Configuring Required System Objects. Check CollabConsole.txt file and see some errors (attach the file).

In this moment i can't log into Ancile support (unknown the "why").

Best Regards

Hi Erick,

Sorry we didn't get to you sooner.

I see that you got the following trouble shooting steps from Ancile, I hope you don't mind if I insert them into this thread to improve it's quality.

Let us know how you get on.

As a troubleshooting step, kindly perform the following:

1.#Navigate to the following location: [Install Location]\Collaboration\
2.#Open the collab.props with Notepad.
3.      Locate the port= and update it from 80 to 8080.
4.#Locate the external port= and ensure it is listed as 80.
5.#Restart the Vignette service.
6.#Go the uPerform website to test completion of your configuration.

If the above does not resolve your issue and allow you to continue your
uPerform server configuration, kindly provide us with the following:

#    Ensure the uPerform Collaboration website in IIS port is set to 80.
#    The version of uPerform you are installing.
#    Is this a new install or upgrade?
#    ServerData.zip logs from the server by performing the following:
        1.    Download the ServerCollectorTool.zip at
http://products.ancile.com/downloads/utilities/ServerInformationCollector.zip
        2.    Unzip the ServerCollectorTool.zip to the application
server desktop.
        3.    Double-click on the ServerInformation.exe file within the
unzipped folder.
        4.    Click on the Auto Detect button which should populate the
fields. If not, then manually type or browse to the desired locations.
Note the location of the output field.
        5.    Select all boxes.
        6.    Click Collect.
        7.    Navigate to the output location and upload the files to the support event for review.

Kind Regards,

Matthew
