Hello guys!
I'm trying of log in ancile.parature.com and to fetch support info about uPerform Ancile 4.4 (SAP Productivity Pak 4.4), and not able do it. Previously, requested a new account.
Or, i try of to recover my password, Ancile sends me recovery mail, i type the new password and try again, and also unable to log in.
Somebody know the why about this?

That website, tried and not able do it.
- Try again, fill all and when request it. Show the message "A user with abcd@abcd1234.com already exists in our records"
- Try of to recovery the password, type my email(registered), arrives to me email (Password Reset request), typing the new password, clic in log in link, typing email and new password, and show "You are not registered"
