Mail title and texts V3 (billing) not updating

Hello all,

I hope you could help me.

I've set up the output determination in order to send emails when credit notes are created, no problems here.

Although, I changed several times the mail title and texts for my output message and my changes are not getting in the email. Keeps sending my old "versions".

I really don't know why the behavior, the text that is sent its not what I have customized.

Hi Silva,

• Go to Tcode VOTXN , select billing header radio button cilck on changes push button on top left side.
• Select your text procedure and click on text id`s in procedures
• here select the reference/duplicate check box.
• now save and check your changes or saved or not.

I tried your suggestion but didn't work. Still returning the old text...

Hi all,

I think this maybe a system error. If I add my message type to an existent billing document the text appear ok but if I create a new one it shows an old text.

Anyway I solved the problem by creating new condition records.
