message part in communication channel

Hi experts,

I am using PI 7.3, when I am monitoring the receiver cummunicaton channel its successfull but its not displaying the payload for communication channel

in message part. only soap document is displaying.

m i  missing anything  ?

please help me out.

What kind of scenario? Sync or Async? have you activated logging parameter to view Payload?

its file to Soap synchronous scenario , having successfully status  .

       
And what is logging parameter could u make focus on it.

Dear Priya,

It's LOGGING_SYNC of the RUNTIME category, that you set in SXMB_ADM transaction. See here for more details:

BTW, are you doing async-sync scenario without BPM or with BPM? 

For sync you can create the above Greg mentioned parameter in the SXMB_ADM. Please see the screenshot ... set current value = 1

In sxmb_adm it is configured properly.

but any how these configuration are for integration engine (abap stack) write ?.

I m having the problem in communication channel monitoring  which resides in (java stack).

m i required any configuration on java stack ?

my configuration is without BPM.

Issue has solved.

Because this was the synchronous scenario so by default it was disabled for save the memory space

To enable this we need to change parameter in java stack in NWA .

they might be using encryption for secure the message so that it is not visible in RWB.

this is for storing the message version but my problem is different payload is not displaying communication channel.
