MB01 error, WBS element xxxx budget exceeded, GR and GI not possible

Hello Experts,

while making the gr/gi in MB01. i am getiing the error as

WBS element xxxxx budget exceeded,  GR and GI not possible

Message no. ZMB01003.

I have not activated the availability control.

please need your help in resolving this issue.

Hi,

The error number you are suggesting does not seem to be a standard error as it starts with "Z". Suggest you to access the message number and check its specific purpose in SE91. Also try to find out that if any specific development has been done with respect to budgeting-in the sense that budget checks will be made without any budgeting/AVAC in picture.

hi,

As per my understanding please check value in PO and Value in GR along with Qty.

There must be availability control activate please check the same.

And confirm how many cost objects your using at the time of goods issue, Ex: Internal Order etc.

I have checked availability control is not activated and for cost objects, we are using WBS element.

Hi Channa,

Have you done budgeting (using cj30 & cj32).

If No then do IT.

If Yes then-

1. Deactivate budget control (CJBW)

2. Activate Budget control (CJBV)

3. Reconstruct availability control (CJBN)

Hope this will solve your problem.
