free goods in consignment

Dear sd gurus

     i have a small doubt here if u feel basic question pl forgive me

suppose if we want to send some free goods in consignment issue is there any configuration ?

Hi venu,

You can also send the free goods in consignment process also, here i ll explain steps you have to maintain for free goods determination. for given free goods in consignment issue you also activate free goods in all stages of consignment process. below i ll explain steps for consignment issue so you have to do the required setting for remaining consignment process.

• Create one item category (ex ZANN) by copying TANN.
• Place special stock indicater W ( like KEN)
• Assign ZANN to consignment issue document type KE with higher level item category KEN in Tcode VOV4  ( Please refer OR,TAN,TANN assignment)
• Maintain sch line category for ZANN in Tcode VOV5
• Place R100 and NRAB in pricing procedur
• Maintain condition record for free goods in VBN1-Create

here NRAB IS INCLUSIVE CONDITION TYPE IT MEANS BOTH WE WILL MAINTAIN ?

Dear Venu,

NRAB is the std condition type for pricing for inclusive free goods without item generation which uses 59 as requirement & 29 as ALT Cond Bas Value & R100 100% discount condition type which uses 55 as requirement. Depending upon your requirement you have to place the cond type in your pricing procedure.

NRAB condition type for only inclusive free goods. so for exclusive free good place only R100 in pricing procedure, no need to maintain NRAB , for inclusive free goods place the both condition types R100, NRAB .

Dear Venu,

We can link the Usage to the sales document type and the item category of the consignment,

During the consignment issue process only we can have free goods configuration as pricing, picking & billing takes place here.

Item category determination would be: KE+NORM+FREE+NIL = KENN.
