Solved: Check solution manager enterprise edition

Hi colleagues,

I want to check whether my enterprise edition is installed and activated.

In note 1140258 there is a state:

"With SPS 18 (identical to EHP 1) the SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition is activated automatically."

We have upgraded to EHP 1 , two years ago, but there is no such package ST-ETP in the list.

How can I check whether I have a working enterprise edition?

What are the new features and possibilities that come with this "enterprise edition"?

Is it included in version 7.1? (we have v7.0)

Hi

I just read the sap Note 1140258 - Installation of SAP Solution Manager Enterprise Edition

were it clearly states as of sp18, this was done automatiocally by the bc set SOLMAN40_CHARM_CONTEXT_001

regarding functionlities from enterprise extension are below, nw available to all

Business process change analyser

quality gate management

Custom code management

Hi Ilian,

if you are having solman 7.1 then no need to worry about enterprise edition

this was launched back... solman 7.0 with SP15 or so was in use.

At that point of time this version is launched with enhanced features like BPCA etc as Jansi mentioned and charged separately.

But later solman 7.0 with SP18 came with all the feature included by default of enterprise edition

from SP18 onwards you are getting all the features.

Solman 7.1 is very gud as if offers support for non sap too...check the documentation what it support or not etc.
