We are experiencing some issues with memory paging and many many program being dumped with runtime error MEMORY_PGFREE_FAILED.
The dumps say:

How to correct the error
The internal system error cannot be fixed by ABAP means only.
You may be able to find a solution in the SAP note system. If you have
access to the SAP note system, try searching for the following terms:
"MEMORY_PGFREE_FAILED" " "
"SAPMV75A" or "MV75AI0C_EXIT_STANDARD"
"EXIT_STANDARD"
Found two notes 1646711 and 1091141 which suggest to upgrade kernel but it has been already patched.
Users received these dumps and we were checking 3 days after the dump occured.
Can anyone let me know what all needs to be checked and how could we investigate on this.
