Hi
I need to delete one USER and wish to regenerate again with correct org ID via USES_GEN
i followed below steps
1. UERS_GEN : chose 'Delete user a/c and Employees' then selected user and chose 'Delete User account and employee', i got message that activity carried sucecssfully
2. Now when i go to PPOSA_BBP, and search in position, i still can see user position and CP
3. if i try to generate again user via USERS_GEN i get error CP already exists
How do i fix this, i need to regenrate user with correct Org ID
Can some one tell me what is the correct procedure to delete and regerate User
We are on SRM 7.0
Hi
go to PPOMA__BBP
select user in PPOMA_BBP
1.click on the position right click you can see delete assignment -delete that.
2.click on the CP -right click -Click delete assignment
save the user .
Then go to users_gen -again reorg in the structure with correct orgid

I deleted CP with below steps
" Go to table HRP1001 and get the central person id by inputing the parameters in the selection field as :
Object type : CP
Rel. Obj.type: US
ID rel. object : Give the id of the user
You will get the Central person id of the user from field Object ID, copy the no.
Now go to SE37 and delete the CP by executing the FM HR_CENTRALPERSON_DELETE by inputing the relevant CP id."
BUT WHICH IS THE PROPER WAY TO DELETE SRM USER?
Can some one tell me what is the best way to deal below case
1. "If Employee resigns from company, how to delete/in-activate him in org structure"
2. If Employees need to be assigned to diff organization
3. I thought Delete option in USERS_GEN will delete the user from org structure but i realized my user id in SRM R/3 itself got deleted, i could not login any more to SRM R/3, is it what delete User account & Employee option do in USERS_GEN ?
I will reward points to usefull answers
