If i remember correctly, it might due to the incorrect UME client and user authorization..
What user you used during SLD wizard for SAP Solution Manager J2EE? PLease try to use J2EE_ADMIN and rerun the SLD config.

Did you update the CR_CONTENT and CIM for SLD?
One thing to ensure SLD is "start" by going to http://host:5XX00/SLD. Also, you can check the log there by going to administration.
