SAP HANA Certification is now into different areas: Implementation, Administration, Support & Professional (I+A+S).

For Technical certification, you have to go follow HA100 and HA200 documents.
C_HANATEC_1 - SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA 1.0
For Implemntation certification, you have to go follow HA100 and HA300 documents.
C_HANAIMP_1 - SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP HANA 1.0
