Country of Origin X should not allow to supply or sold goods to country of origin Y

Dear Experts,

I am having requirement to ban the supplies  or sold material from our company based at US to the one of the country say Y ( Not at all any supplies should go that country , irrespective of customer data)

How i can map this scenario , is there any standard functionality available in SAP?

If yes then how if not then what i should go in order to meet this requirement.

Control it with export control managament (embargoes)
