How to set Res./Purc.req (RESBD-AUDISP) field to display

Hi Experts,

                 I would like to ask how to set Reservation Relevance/Generation of Purchase Requisition (RESBD-AUDISP) field to display. I need to configure this field in order to prevent users from creating purchase requisitions when Project status is not set to REL(Released).

I am familiar with OPUJ, OPUK but I could not find the required field.

Please suggest.

Hi,

I think you can control it in the network profile itself or in the network by changing the field for PR Creation Immediately to some other value. If this is done, then PR will be created for external activities or service activities only when the Network is released, not when it is created.

Please check your operative network and the network profile also to enable this functionality.
