Hi Steve,r
WBS element is been defined by PS consultant. When you assign WBS element in your Sales order all the defined activity will get copied.Based on the milestone defined you bill the customer.
In short,
When you assign WBS element in Sales order it is consider to be Planned revenue which will reflect in PS structure.
When you bill the customer based on the activity it is consider to be Actual revenue which will reflect in PS structure.
Thanks
Shri..
