No offense but I'm still interested in hearing a response to Martin's question!
You've been given quite a bit of help her on what is a very basic problem that should probably be able to be solved with SAP help and Google.
If I google the terms
SAP percentage sampling
I get the following links:

Hi Asif,
Sampling type should be percentage sample. Valuation mode has no co-relation with sample size determination. Hence you can have any valuation as per requirement. This sampling procedure can be used for any type of MIC (qualitative or quantitative)

Make sure that in sampling procedure
Sampling type - Percentage Sample
Valuation mode - Manual Valuation ( say)
then go to overview enter 10.
save
Now make sure that you have new inspection plan where in you use this SP against each MIC.
Then create New inspection lot and check in Result recording !
Just a suggestion : Asif make sure that you explore std SAP help first before posting such questions.then Its easier for you to understand what others want to say or reply.
As this is a very basic question, what did you do yourself to solve it so far?
