Hi,

Under the To Do List channel we have various short cut links links. One of them is the Master Agreement link. The master Agreement link look like "Master Agreement: (50)".

How does this value 50 appear here?

Thanks in anticipation of your help.

Kind Regards,

Anshu

Hi Anshu,

50 is the count of Master Agreement documents as per query. Please check To-Do List query group and Master Agreement query used for To-Do Master Agreement. You will get the query used and the display count method used.

Hi Saloni,

I got it. The reason i got confused was because even though the count shows 50 when i clicked on the link it used to display more than 50 contracts.

I then checked the query and then realised that the number is actually the summation of master agreements in which we have been added not as a group.

Thanks for your help!

Hi Saloni,

Per my observation the query counts the number of master agreements when

1. If a user is the document owner.

2. When a user is added in the document under the collaborator section.

3. When a user’s group is added in the document under the collaborator’s section.

4. If a user is added automatically by the system (not group).

However i feel that there are some other factors which is taken into consideration.

Please let me know if there are any other factors.

Regards,

Anshuman
