Is MSSQL express 2008 R2 compatible with SAP PI 7.0

Dear Gurus,

Does SAP PI 7.0 support MSSQL express 2008? Could SAP XI transfer the data to our 3rd party application using MSSQL 2008 express?

I've installed JDBC  from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=4252 already but it seems not work.

Please find the error message picture as below. any suggestion is highly appreciated.

I think SAP has provided some alternative solutiuon for this and i think one oss note also available.
